Members of the World Cyber Cafe Design Team are inited to vote on proposals which have been in the DRAFT forum for 30 days or more and for which a vote is called by the proposer. We can always modify any proposition which is passed by 51% of the active members of the team ("active" defined as having posted at least once in the 30 days prior to the vote). The Proposer needs to send out a meeting notice via our email client to all of the members of the design team, which includes the last day to vote and the text of the proposition. Don't forget to add the URL to the DRAFT page and any other relevant URLs. Are these rules OK? Chime in. On the day after the vote deadline the proposer records the passage or defeat of the prooposition and number of votes (for, against, abstain, not voting), along with the text of the proposition on ADOOPTED.

Each voter should indicate h/h user name opposite the vote as per the example below.

DRAFT 2. Jim says: Move we adopt Caucus as the main software conferencing platform for Virtual Cafes with the Whiteboard add-on, that we recommend to The World Cafe that it fund the "Basic" host fee of $200 for 50 seats and $400 for Basic support service.

Jim removed this proposal on 8/1/08 in favor of the proposition in Draft 3 below.
