1. Find, review and summarize available platforms and gear for Cyber (Virtual) cafes August 1, 2008 to gather all suggestion. Moderator to choose three for experimentation.
2. Hold our first Virtual Cafe in Cyberspace. Early August, date to be suggested by participants and selected by Moderator TOPICS LIST tread has been started under BRAINSTORMING
3. After conference, make comments on this Wiki as to experience (good, bad, indifferent) and suggestions for improvement From conference to August 31, 2008
4. Publish our findings to all members of TWC. September 1, 2008. Even as an experiment, we can ask the members of TWC to come to the World Cyber Cafe with ideas for improvement of the platform and to suggest future topics.
5. Create Topics List. While not exactly a thread, the Topics List should be specific enough so that we can ask members to "vote" which ones they would like to discussion in a Virtual Cafe. The moderator can schedule future World Cyber Cafe virtual cafes based on this list.
6.Cross-link with other virtual cafe site When the platform is working well, we should offer to cross-link with other discussion groups which operate much like TWC, to gain membership for TWC and to promote human understanding and connection throughout the world.
