  • I have performed legal due diligence for the acquisition of Flexible Bus Company by Rohr Industries ($25 million); performed due diligence for the acquisition of San Diego Prestressed Concrete Company by Rohr, and performed legal risk analysis of the contract conditions for the San Francisco Light Rail contract. I researched Rohr’s extensive archives in the field of panelized residential construction and prepared a license which was sold to a developer.
  • Strong ethical and confidential practices. Drafted several types of confidentiality agreements.
  • During my two years as a licensed California Talent Agent, I devoted much of my time to intellectual property law. Merger, acquisition and securities work were all involved in Rohr's Flexible Bus company acquisition; its reverse B merger from Rohr Corporation into Rohr Industries, Inc.; Rohr's acquisition of San Diego Prestressed Concrete Company; the formation issuance of $600,000 of stock by Receivables Management Network, Inc. and other minor corporate and partnership formations and dissolutions.
  • I hold a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Operations Technology from Montana State University which degree is basically an ag engineering degree involving design and sizing of tractors, implements, pumps and irrigation system. Courses included structural engineering, soil resources and solar energy calculations.
